The Liquidity Tournament is a novel mechanism of using Penumbra's Community Pool, allowing users of Penumbra to derive value from deciding on and/or providing liquidity to Penumbra's shielded DEX.
This proposal signals support from the UM community that the Liquidity Tournament be adapted into the Penumbra mainnet network.
